24.The supplier provide Product Warranty to main parts(Gears, crankshafts, chassis, connecting rod, bearings) With One year from the date of the factory is limited to. During this period, if there is any Quality problem of the main parts, and the prove by third party with Appropriate qualification, the supplier must Compensate the main part which had Quality problem.

25.Technical Paper:B should provide The following technical information in English and Chinese By express to A.(the documents must be Bilingual or in English)

a manual for maintenance

B.Test Report in accordance with the appropriate API or national test standards outline

C.Original copy of quality certificate (Bilingual)
